Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Ready-made items will usually be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received using Royal Mail First Class post.

I regret that I am only able to ship within the UK at present.

The properties of resin and the various colourants and inclusions used to create resin items may result in variations in colour and effect.

Items made by Rosicraft are hand-made and, whilst every effort is made to achieve the best possible result, some minor imperfections, such as small bubbles may occur.

While I aim to represent products accurately, the actual item colour may differ slightly from your screen’s representation due to lighting, screen settings and device variances.

All designs, images, and content on Rosicraft.co.uk are the exclusive property of the business.

Reproduction, duplication, or copying of any art pieces without written permission is prohibited.

Returns

Every effort will be made to ensure items you purchase from Rosicraft are as described and, as a small-scale artisan maker, it is always my hope that you love your item as much as I loved creating it!  However, I understand that sometimes things change and returning your purchase may be required.

Online Sales – Ready Made Items – Cooling off period

You may inform me of your intent to return an item or items within 14 days of delivery using any of the contact details found below. Once you have notified me, you have 14 days from the date of notification to return the item/s. 

Providing the goods are in original, sellable condition, and in the original packaging, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Alternatively, an exchange might be arranged, if appropriate. 

Refunds and exchanges will be made subject to inspection upon return. The refund will be processed within 14 days of my receiving the goods back. Customers will be responsible for any return postage charges unless the goods arrived damaged or are not as described.

Goods that arrive damaged, faulty or are not as described, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.  A full refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of my agreeing to the refund. Alternatively, an exchange might be arranged, if appropriate.  Photographic evidence of any damage to the packaging and the goods will be required before a refund will be considered.

In many cases, it will not be appropriate or necessary to return the damaged item. However, in circumstances where that is required, any postage costs will be re-funded to the customer. Proof of payment of any postage costs will be required.

Online Sales - Bespoke items

In many cases, the return of bespoke items cannot be accepted unless they arrive damaged or faulty, particularly when an item has been personalised.  However, there may be occasions when an item made to order is still generally sellable. For example, certain colour combinations or inclusions may still have a generic appeal. Therefore, the return of a bespoke item may be accepted in some circumstances. Please contact me to discuss possibilities if you think this may apply to your purchase.

Other items that cannot be returned

• Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or not as described. 
• Items reduced to clear and marked as ‘final sale’ cannot be returned.

Resin Items – Care and Safety

To clean resin items, they should be wiped with a dry soft cloth or washed gently in warm (not hot) soapy water.

Do not use abrasive cleaning tools or substances on a resin surface as this will cause it to become scratched and dull.

Resin items made by Rosicraft are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

Do not place resin items close to any heat source, such as a radiator, heater/fire or a naked flame such as a candle, as this is likely to cause damage to the item and could result in the release of toxic fumes.

Cured resin is generally heat resistant up to approximately 90 degrees centigrade.

Avoid placing resin items in direct sunlight to protect against cracking, colour fading or yellowing of clear resin. Under certain conditions, clear or translucent resin items can create a magnifying glass effect in direct sunlight, which can be a fire risk.

Food safety cannot be guaranteed so avoid bringing resin surfaces into direct contact with food or drink.

If a resin item is broken, please handle it with care, as broken resin can have sharp edges.

Larger resin items can be heavy so please take care when handling to avoid dropping the item causing damage to the item and/or injury to the handler.

Resin items made by Rosicraft are not toys. They are for specific functional or decorative purposes and should only be used for those purposes. Items with small parts which may present a choking hazard will have a warning label attached to the item itself or its packaging.

Rosicraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use its products.

Any liability is restricted to the purchase price of the item/s.
